High TL Radio Transceivers useless

The high TL Radio Transceivers do not seem to offer any benefit. While the TL 13 transceiver at least has a computer build in compare to TL 10 the TL 14 transceiver has exactly the same stats than the TL9 one.

If you have no other way to improve them, start making them smaller; so they can hide in a pair of sunglasses, for instance.
