High Guard Replacements

I have to pick up my parents from Heathrow on Monday week, and so will be driving past Swindon. I intend to drop in and get my Mercenary copy exchanged personally. I'm also hoping to get my main book replaced. Oh, and I'll buy a few new books while I'm there! Watch out Mongoose, I'm on my way!

I sent in my copy of High Guard and received it back as undeliverable since the address in Ohio was vacant. I have sent an email in to msprange but thought those in the U.S.A. should know to hold off on sending in their books to the Ohio address.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say you mis-addressed it. I sent my copy of HG in 13 days ago, and got my replacements in on Monday. Seems unlikely they'd vacate that warehouse in the last week...

The address on the envelope is the same as the one at the beginning of this thread.

I just found this in the July 10th Planet Mongoose post.\

9. Apologies if you have been waiting for a mail order in the US or Canada. Our Ohio warehouse burst at the seams (too many books!), and we have since moved to bigger premises. Normal service is being restored as I type.

So is there a new address to go with the new bigger location in Ohio?

I have a copy of Conan 2nd. edition that I've barely used and the binding is horrid. Some of the pages are trying to come out. Can Conan 2e be replaced in this program and if so, do I need to send you the old book? I am in the USA, in Columbus, Ohio. Where should I ship the book to if it is part of this program, since I am hearing the USA (Ohio) address is no longer working?

Well all of my Traveller books, as well as all of my Conan 1st and 2nd books are all in good condition. I must say that I am extremely careful with all or any of my books. Also if you come to my gaming table as a player you better bring your own books as reference source. I DO NOT allow others to maul my books, I have learned the hard way with other idiot players tearing through books and damaging bindings and etc. Now for my gaming group that consists on friends whom are also GMs they all aggree with my approach and bring their own books. Hey everyone has a backpack these days, and how many books does someone really have. Mostly if there is a specific rule, they can tell me what page within what book and I'll look it up and rule on it.

Back to your issue, I believe Mongoose is pretty good with helping out in such matters. Send a email to their customer service and they will respond to you!!!

Anybody know if this program is still active, and if so, what the correct address is to send books to in the United States? Thanks!

So we can get T-TMB replaced, like the HG and Merc books?

Free, right?

Just to make sure that my question gets answered:

If I were to sent my first-edition MGT:TMB in to Mongoose, they would replace it with a new copy, right?

If you want to be sure to get an answer try emailing Matthew Sprange directly

If you are in any way unhappy with your current copy of High Guard, you are welcome to send it back to us. We will replace it and, by way of making it up to you, also send you any Mongoose item of $24.95 or less of your choice - completely free!
The only headache I have from this is that your books are priced in Pounds, and thus I actually don't know which items are $24.95 or less.
On the main site, upper right hand corner are two tiny flags, one USA and one UK... click on them to change the currancy -on rare occasions I've had to do it and refresh the page after it reloads, but it does work.
