The only Detect categories I can see (p.11 of core book) are:
* Detect Enemy
* Detect Magic
* Detect Species
* Detect Substance
What is the 'Change' in this case referring to?
Unsure on the second one. I know of the alternate materials (which have a cost multiplier) in Arms & Equipment. Maybe you could back-engineer it from that somehow if no-one else can help.
edit: or back-engineer from the daily rates to hire a Weaponsmith / Armoursmith, also in Arms & Equipment.
