Have the Cthulhutech pre-orders begun to ship?

They will be going out this week - the first run is already 50% complete, and they have cases waiting for them. Just a case of putting the books together!

Also, are they being shipped by regular mail? I'm curious because we just had someone steal a package from our doorstep that came to us FedEx.

My one previous order from Mongoose came by airmail post (I didn't need to sign for it and there was no track number IIRC). It took under 2 weeks to get to New Zealand from the UK.
From the online store terms and conditions:
Domestic orders with a regular street address within the US will usually be sent out via UPS. Orders to other parts of the world and US PO Box addresses will be sent out via the post office.

According to a post by Hal (who I think goes by the name Skywalker on the Ctech forums and rpg.net), he reported that he received an email that pre-orders went out today. He lives in New Zealand, so I think that all the pre-orders that are being sent out directly from the UK have shipped.
For those in the US, Mongoose has reported that the pre-order books will be shipped to the US Mongoose warehouse and then go out from there.
I may have more info tomorrow or Friday, unless someone from Mongoose wants to make a comment.

The pre-orders have _begun_ to ship out, but demand for this book is extremely high, and the printing facility is racing to meet demand. Shipping will therefore be staggered over the next few days.

No duplicate pages, but I have a cropped set of character sheets in mine - also experienced by another on the ctech forum.
Specifically the pages 'MECH SHEET' and 'CHARACTER SHEET' immediately following the index.
Not massively pressing - would be good if you could give downloadable versions of these anyway.

Yes it was, that was why I took preorders from my customers. So why do you sell direct and before you ship to distribution?
