Has any one else noticed that the Cougar Exosuit looks a lot like Master Chief on steroids? Better not tell Bungie about this, lol.

Actually at least one person painted up a squad of power suits like the Master Chief when the game first came out. Don't remember the exact post, but if you dig around you could probably find it.

I don't think halo will be suing anyone since the master cheif suit already looks a lot like the sony designed power suit from the animated series of SST.

I did squads of masterchiefs, shave the cheeks on the helmet a bit... and painted four squads red, green, blue, and yellow

someone else did some too and named em after red vs blue

Pretty funny, but I really don't like CAD, mostly because the guy who makes it is a real ass.

The cap troopers do actually look quite a bit like Helljumpers... perhaps with some Light Infantry heads you could have convincing Marines.

Yay, credit! Also, The troopers in the assembly tutorial are painted in a familiar green and black.

As for the exosuits looking like spartans: I just don't see it.

I can see the Cougar suit as its head is a master chief'ish thing, but the rest of it is like super bulky MC on super crack

Well, I like the TV comericial better, but still cool to see it all like that.

Also, check out the Halo Arms Race part 1, 2 and 3. It's a live motion picture, for the most part!
