The same happened to me almost one year ago when I ordered my Conan rulebook. The service was flawless. I received my new copy just a few days later so they deserve every praise.

I sense this question must have been answer a million times before but I've just bought a copy of the 2nd Edition and while the binding isn't coming apart it is very tight giving most of the pages a "puckered" look. This makes it very difficult to read.

Would this "qualify" for a return to Mongoose for new copy and, if it does, how do you access it?

It did for me when I had a similar problem with some B5 RPG books.

Contact them and ask nicely, I'm sure they'll sort you out.
