I just emailed back to sales@mongoosepublishing.com and got a response same day which was pretty good.

I just reply to the order confirmation email, I think that is sales@.....

It has the order number in it which I assume is useful to them.

I think I sent 2 emails on this one, got a reply to each rapidly. One explained that it would be time N, the other confirmed that they had gone out the day before (a little late but they had gone).

Package duely arrived - the address was handwritten so I assume that they have some poor Narn being whipped into licking envelopes at Mongoose Hall.

I also preordered from mongoose direct and still no sign of mine either and the local game store in my town already has copys of the new books, talk about bad buiness!

o and I'm yes in the STATES.

I wouldn't send the rule book back yet, I got my replacement rulebook through today and it is not in a as good a state as the fleet book, it is still very tightly bound with pages that are wrinkled up toward the centre and the book still doesn't open flat because of this. I am assuming that MGP will work thus kink out eventually but at the moment if you send your rule book back you are only going to get another flawed one back. My friend got his replacement this week as well and has had the same problem with his too. Pity cos there is nothing whatsoever wrong with the fleet book. :?

well, the binding on my fleet book is already coming off the back cover. Hopefully they're not just simply sending the books out again...

Shouldn't think so, my replacement rulebook was fine and I've had no problems with the fleet book.

Got a replacement book through, and its still a TINY bit wrinkled towards the center but its a HELL of alot better than the first one and perfectly useable, I'll probably just keep this one to be honest as long as the binding doesnt actually start coming apart or anything like that.. we shall see I guess.

Still its a shame as the fleetbook is perfect, cant fault it at all

got my books there both in great condition so far. I love the new rules and the fleets. A lot of good changes.

Got my books. Fleet book is fine, no problems with it whatsoever, the rulebook will be going to Mongoose since it looks like somebody poured a pint of water all over the middle of it. The binding on the rule books REALLY sucks.

But content wise, I'm a happy bunny for the first time in a long time with Mongoose, after the fiasco with the Drakh motherships and the travesty that was Armageddon.

So, a big congrats to the 'Goose for gettin this one right

Got my books on Tuesday... fleet book is fantastic, rulebook is going back. It started to fall apart last night.

I enjoyed trying it out though. It'll take a bit of getting used to, but I do prefer the new rules.

I'd rather wait another 2 weeks and have books in good condition
