GM Screen Compatibility

Is the 1st Edition GM Screen compatible with 2nd Edition rules?

I have 2nd ED rules, but the only GM screen my local game store carries is 1st ED.

I haven't seen that screen, but I imagine it will work well with either edition. There's not a lot of difference between 1st and 2nd Edition.

They're basically the same game.

Hope you're not in Houston! I went down to my FLGS today and picked up the last one! (Thanks to you--I decided that I wanted the screen).

No, I'm in Tacoma, WA. But I won't be able to get to my local gamestore until later this week. So I'm still hoping the last copy of the GM screen will still be there! Wish me luck.

The screen is 100% compatible with 2nd ed.

Actually, the screen is very nicely illustrated, but filled with the most useless tables of the game, forgetting the useful ones. It's fully compatible with the 2nd Edition and comes with a nice (but wrong) giant sized poster map of the Hyborian world.

Yeah, as far as GM screens go, it is damn pretty, but pretty useless in the information department.

I still bought it. Heck, might as well complete my collection of Conan. And, it cost me close to $16 bucks (Herve, bought it from my FLGS, you'll be happy to know--couldn't find it online. Also picked up Gary Gygax's Necropolis for $30 bucks, also at my FLGS...so, I thought you'd feel good about me dropping half a C note for two items at the FLGS).
