The Lexington-class cruiser is the largest and most powerful ship in the United States Space Navy. This 1800-tonne warship was designed by the same team who designed the Farragut-class destroyer and is often referred to as "the Farragut's big brother".

The Lexington-class is featured in Wendy's Guide to the Fleets of Sequoyah Subsector from Gypsy Knights Games. The book will be available in PDF form on November 10.

Aha! I thought it looked very much like a Farragut, but not quite the same :)

Are there any plans to release the ships from the various Wendy’ guides separately or in some form of compendium? Or will they be kept as a “bonus sales argument” for the wendy’s series?

The featured ships, like the Lexington-class, will only be in the Wendy's Guides. However, the ships which are mentioned but not detailed in the Wendy's Guides are quite likely to be fully detailed in future publications in one form or another.

Here we see SNS Vicksburg (formerly USS Vicksburg) of the Sequoyah Defense Force passing the gas giant Tsiyugunsini in the Sequoyah system (Sequoyah 0605). Vicksburg is one of nine Lexington-class cruisers in service with the SDF.

You can learn more about the Sequoyah Defense Force and all of the navies of Sequoyah Subsector in Wendy's Guide to the Fleets of Sequoyah Subsector which will be available in PDF from Gypsy Knights Games on November 10.

I've got all of the GK 'Ships of' books, and love the designs (and the way they hang together as a consistent set of ships from similar tech level and terran origin worlds)

Hadn't realised the 'Fleets of' books also contain detailed ship designs - so two questions please a) do they come with full deckplans and details? and b) which ships are in which books, is it one per book or are there more?

I don't plan to use the GK Clement Sector setting - but I am a sucker for ships and deckplans. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Each of the Wendy's Guides has one starship which is written up in the "Ships of Clement Sector" style with the full deckplans, stats, and art (and by the same team of Michael Johnson, Ian Stead, and Bradley Warnes).

Incoming Intelligence Brief, Captain!

It is often said that war is 90% information and, in 24th century Clement Sector, it is no different. While most governments have intelligence agencies which provide this sort of information, the general public relies on Wendy's Naval Weekly as the premier source of naval information. Most starship captains have Wendy's Naval Weekly on their handcomps or mindcomps.

Based on Cascadia, with offices established on all the major worlds of each subsector, Wendy’s Naval Weekly has continued to publish monthly reports and annual summaries on naval development, technologies and defense news throughout the entirety of Clement Sector since the Collapse event ten years ago.

Wendy’s Guide to the Fleets of Sequoyah Subsector is the fourth of a series that collates all available information to provide a comprehensive overview of Clement Sector navies and their fleets. Each book will focus on a single subsector. Each of these books will briefly outline a system’s navy or defense force, provide some insight to how that organization functions and provide a list of the ships or in-system vessels that are reported to be in commission.

Now that information is available to you!

This book provides information on all of the fleets of Sequoyah Subsector, every ship currently operated in those fleets, doctrines, and even their uniforms. The book also contains an in-depth discussion of the Lexington-class Cruiser operated by the Boone Space Defense Force and the Sequoyah Defense Force providing all of the detail you've come to expect from our Ships of Clement Sector series.
