German Fleet Question

I'm looking at building a German fleet (or maybe a few different fleets) and looking at the avaliable 1/2400 models, I'm finding that most lines include only one version of the Panzerschiffe. All three, Graff Spee, Scheer, Deutschland, had different command towers.

Here's the question: Use one model three times, and mark each one as an individual ship? Keep looking for different models? Convert (eek) the ships?

Thoughts?

With my fleet I will go for whats available from GHQ and if necessary will convert with miliput and wire if necessary (i.e. too big a difference between reality and mini).

My fleet for the moment consists of:

Tirpitz
3x Narvik Destroyer
5x Type IX Subs

I recently purchased some Yamatos and Iowas from Viking Forge and they were nicely detailed models. Still probably not quite at the level of GHQ, but pretty nice.

Might be worth your time to check them out.
