Painting the thunderbolts isn't what worries me. The thought of trying to clean them off/repair them beforehand however scares me witless -.-

I like the Poseidon, the hangar bays look good in that blue as compared to the canonical red.

Since I recently discovered photoshop express, I can actually get to a site where I can post images while I'm deployed 
(well, until it gets blocked at the proxy like all the other sites...)
While I can paint anything yet, I just wanted to put up some pics. My wonderful woman sent me a care package the other week containing a 3rd Age EA fleet, a Crusade EA fleet and a couple loose ships. Something to spend my time working on while I'm not pulling shifts.

Still working on cleaning up the ships and once I get back state side I plan on getting them all painted (including the other 3+ fleet boxes I have waiting...)

When the mini arrived some of the spines finished just above the orbiting sections. And try as I might I couldn't get the damn thing to balance. So I thought " Off with them all, they only represent energy." Anyhow, eveytime I tried to paint the energy column under the orbiters it just made them look extra mushroomy, so I decided to paint the whole thing to look like one solid unit. Kind of like a spathi ship.
Right now I can live with having a goofy Lordship, it doesn't really look that bad on the table. Maybe I'll have another play with it later.
