I am looking for more than 20% off (I would rather buy from my home store)

I just dont get: 1. Who youre asking for this, Retailers or Personal owners. 2 Who you would expect to give you more than 20% off if thats what mongoos e is selling it for and that is as close to the cheapest price (Outside of maybe ebay) youre going to find
