Indeed, we have just (in the past few minutes!) had word from the printers.
They are currently telling us it will arrive in our warehouse on the 26th - we will be shipping it the same day to those who have pre-ordered.
However, we are pushing for them to deliver it on the 21st, which will be before the US holiday, and give us a few more days to get it over to the UK as well.
As soon as it arrives, we will let you all know!

These books are about to arrive at our warehouse, and we are getting a load fast shipped over to us in the UK - barring natural disasters, you should see this book in your hands next week, if you are in the UK!
