Obsidian Portal didn't list The Nemedian Chronicles in its Featured Campaign of the Year poll! What's up with that? It looks like you have to write in any campaign from before June, giving a huge disadvantage to January-May.

LOL, I guess it didn't matter that I had the Featured Campaign spot for almost all of January through May. Ah well, I'm slipping in my posting and updating anyhow. Something like 5 sessions behind and it gets more and more difficult to sit down and crank out an Adventure Log. Appreciate the thought though. :D

More fun to play than to write it up? To often, after a fun start, things turn into a second job.

And I to think you got hosed.

Well, there's some good news on the horizon. According to autumnschild at Obsidian Portal the reason my campaign wiki didn't get mentioned was because it was first featured in 2008. But since it held the Featured Spot for many months OP has decided to give my campaign wiki special mention when the winner for 2009 is announced. Thanks again Jotenbjorn for bringing this to my attention and thanks to both you and Zozo for the support!

As to why I get behind, time is the major factor. It takes several hours to write up an Adventure Log, find applicable artwork, and format it all. Add that to the several hours I spend prepping for my games and the amount of time actually playing the game and you're looking at a not inconsiderable time investment. I'm fortunate that one of my players was pretty good about writing character journals but sadly he's not going to be at the game table much longer making what was already an uphill hike a practically vertical climb.

Yeah, I only write things up when I'm "inspired". I've been down that road before, with other games, where writing up the session turns into a job.

That's too bad, players like that are hard to replace. Keep up the good work whenever you find time though, hands down best campaign on OP.
