The buildings come from Battlebuild - they are sold on ebay. The website for them is:

The scale seems good to me by eye. I measured the door and it was about 1 1/2" tall by 1" wide, windows about 1" tall and 1/2" wide.

Thanks for all the nice comments on my board. I have to admit that my girlfriend took a look at the early stage of it and said this will never do, you need to blend in the edges! She then proceeded to dive into my box of goodies, so to speak, and spent about 10 miniutes poking bits of bushes through windows and putting little trees at corners to soften the whole thing up. After she was finished it was 10 times better. A revelation really, finally found something useful she can do - now to see if I can get her to play rather than just shake her head everytime she comes in the room!

I didn't have all Wave 2 - there was a PLA APC type thing that I didn't get.

If you haven't got any wave 2 then you haven't lived. They call to you in your sleep, warmly caressing your slumbering thoughts with murmerings of love and devotion. Without my Wave twos I would be lost, cast adrift on an endless sea of tears with only my inadequate wave 1 models to mock me with their pathetic uselessness and vapid, bulging eyes.

I know there is God. I see his face every time I gaze upon my wave 2 models.
