Finally took some pics of my minis

Hi all, i finally got round to painting up my Cursed Earth and Angel Gang (plus a few Judges) So thought i'd put them up here. Let me know what you think

From personal experience, I know denim isn't easy, but yours has come out looking good.

The med looks like he could use just a bit more highlighting on the green -- unless the photo just caught it wrong, it looks a bit flat.

Very nice. I love the bloody worn look you have on some of your Cursed earthers. Very well done. I also agree with klaatech , some o the highlighting does seem to not have come out right.

Again very nice.

They look great overall with the Angels standing out as the best I think.

Pa and Juniors faces came out particularly well.


The Desperadoes have a consistent look with the repeated use of brown. The will look coherent on the tabletop.

It might be worth considering another shade of brown to selected areas on the Desperadoes to avoid them looking too uniform and not rag-tag enough, but its not a big deal: hardly essential.

Very nice mate. Love the effect you've gotten with the denim. I've gone for more of a cartoon style of painting my fellas but then again mine are all from the original plastic gangers.

Does the femal judge come from the old GOMC1 release?....just curious as i can't see it on the web site anywhere.

Nice paint jobs by the way, looking forward to painting some of my judges when i've got the current batch of 40K space marines out of the way.

Hi. Thanks for all the comments. I was pretty happy with the green but after taking the pics with a professional camera i yoinked from work it's amazing what the details really look like, especially the browns, the look like pretty different shades to my eyes. So i'll try and add a bit of shading to the green, although my Holocaust judge is giving me a hard time, especially as i need some more paints, grrrr.

Yes the female judge, one of the male judges and one of the mutants were old GMOC1 minis. I really like the old male judge as i feel he's got that look of no-nonsense authority
