Fighter Flight base size

I'm looking to buy some different bases to put fighters on. I can buy the hexagon shaped bases, but I want them to be the same size as my existing fighter flight bases. Can anyone tell me what the width of the fighter flight bases are, flat to flat? I'm not at home to measure my bases. Thanks.

I just happened to have a small base here but not sure if its the same base you use.
25mm or 1 inch (for us USA'ers) is what i have.

Point to Point the hexes are 1 1/4 ", flat to flat is 1 1/8", or 3.2 & 2.8 cm by the french reckoning
Though what i use are GW Small flight bases (which just circumscribe the hex base,adding a little area) & brigades wonderful little fighter base topper (to fit 3 fighters on it, at the same height as the rest of the fleet)
