Fallout Minis

There is already a table top game that was included with Fallout Tactics for the PC, but a legit game with minis would be awesome!

I would so love it if Fallout was released as a Skirmish game, even a full scale wargame would be feasible. As for models, if you were lookign at a homebuilt version then the Urban Mammoth VA3A Black legion would be good for suits of advanced power armour, just leave the wings off.

Those would be well appreciated. It would also save a friend a heck of a lot of work converting space marines....

Besides, it was Iguana on Stick that was available.

I thought you could also get rat on a stick in Fallout 2... but mayhaps Im wrong

ever try intelligence 3 in Fallout 1? I once ran into an old man and his son/nephew by the ocean fishing.. my only dialogue option due to allot of mentats was

'gu Head on Stick' and then a combat was immediately started lol

Try that in Fallout 2, for when you talk to the low Int Brahmin guard Tor (I think).

Even if the fallout franchise isnt in reach, a generic post-apoc game would be very cool

This ought to be a Spacequest sourcebook, and if the rights to Fallout are unavailable, a generic post-apocalyptic setting would be awesome.

I love Fallout, but the guys who try to set it to d20 are just wrong. SPECIAL is important to beardos like me who want all the familiar stuff from the franchise, but character classes? No. I liked that my skill dictated who I was in the world of Fallout and not my base attack progression. I think the (*)quest rules will probably be the best and closest fitting set of rules to SPECIAL without all of the complex computations that the computer can do.

Even without minis, I'd love a sourcebook that captured the humor and the brutality of the old games.

at any rate- my concern would be that they wouldn't use special... just give me a couple of Well done minis... nothing else is really all that necessary for me lol
