The Robotics Lab Fabrication Chamber on pg 121, Complexity differs from the chart on pg 52. Is this a typo? Why are they different?

Looks like my bad. Robot brain complexity is correct on page 52 so for the Complexity column on page column 121, replace it with the text on page 52. I will add it to my list of things to get fixed.

The parameters for transceivers in the design spreadsheet don't match those in the book. The ranges are different and the sheet has them all listed as 0 slots. I'm updating my spreadsheet to match the book, but both are partially right?

They're not all zero. The zero slots are first, then further down, the alphabet starts again for slotted items and they should correspond.
I'll double-check, though. Updated need to support Size 0 robots and drones anyway.

Also, it depends on whether you're trying to fit one into the default slots or later on down the spreadsheet.
