Does an enhanced bridge do anything outside of campaign play? Rules as written it doesn't help against crew critical hits, since these specifically reduce the result of crew quality checks, not the crew quality score itself.
It will matter if you use the variable crew quality rules (p16)
Otherwise probably not at present - I am guessing it might be something that has an effect later if there are any weapons in the SFU that disrupt the crew synapses or some such (and if not well it sounds fun)

Possible, as no ship with enhanced bridge can have a skill lvl of less than a military (4) crew, as this represents expert systems and so forth, so crew lvl's shouldn't matter to much.
As written, the crew critical reduces the result of crew quality checks, not your crew quality score itself, so enhanced bridge would have no effect here.
