Enchanted Weapons and Spirits

The rules on spirit combat mention that normal weapons do no damage to spirits, and that a weapon must be enchanted or specifically made to damage spirits. It goes on to say that if a weapon is enhanced with a damage boosting spell such as bladesharp only the extra damage is considered magical and causes damage to spirits.

The rules on enchantments have no mention of making a weapon do damage to spirits.

So the unanswered question is this: Does a single level of Weaponblessing Enchantment make the entire enchanted weapon's damage affect spirits?

Considering Weaponblessing has a number of advantages over spellcharging an item (on all the time, does not require mp, and easier to enchant) after thinking about it I would say normally only the additional damage is 'enchanted', so that a sword with 2 levels of weaponblessing normally only does 2 damage to a spirit.

So how do you make one of these 'special' weapons that does full damage to spirits?

I propose a new enchantment as follows:

Otherworldly (Difficult, -20%)
The enchanted weapon does full damage to otherworldy creatures such as spirits. This enchantment requires 1 POW per damage die of the weapon.

Any thoughts?
