I can't find a review of this book anywhere.

Can someone please tell me if this book includes the updated rules found in Runequest Deluxe (how to handle skills over 100, combat stuff, etc.)?

Also, I see this game and Hawkmoon are self-contained. What about Slaine and Lankhmar?

Elric has the players updates rules, Hawkmoon does not. They are both 'complete' games that do not require the RQ core.

Lankhmar is NOT self contained, and requires the core (it has its' own magic system though). I'm not sure about Slaine.

And I checked on Slaine, it is a setting book and does not contain the core rules so those are needed.
