[Elric] - Has the Elric of Melnibone Companion shipped yet?

Just wondering if the Elric Companion has been shipped out yet. I have a copy on preorder over at Paizo and note that it is listed here at the Mongoose site as being "on sale now". Has it been held up somewhere along the way or should I nudge Paizo to see where my preorder is at?

Also, is Magic of the Young Kingdoms still good for release this month?
