Earth-Centauri War - Jan 26-27th

not sure if anyone on the Centauri side but Katadder and Hiffano have Armagedon ships - I don't.............well not MGP ones :)

I've got an adira. But I too think that one of the Drakh players would present a better choice for admiral; on the basis of the Drakh mothership. I wouldn't particuarly like to be recieving 4AD plus extra of neutron cannons all the way round per turn, nevermind the fact that you can have a cruiser pop out of its belly plus raiders!

Bugger that. We'll pick admiral on merit, not what models they have.

Remember the Q&A said that if you are the Admiral, your ships doesn't have to be from the same fleet as you have chosen. So Centauri players can elect to be a Drakh Admiral.

I fully expect the good guys to have an ISA Victory rather than an EA one (for the +1CQ).

Don't think that even the mighty Victory is going to help against the Drakh mothership and its 6+ carried ships (which they'll get back at the end of every turn)!!!

at the end of every game, not every turn :D

no no Katadder, if kenny boy says we can have them back every turn, who are we to argue ;-)

Well, I meant every Campaign turn... obviously!

ok then, the countdown is well and truly reaching it's climax!
I am leaving home circa 6AM in the morning, so if i'm grumpy and snapish gimme a break... unless you are EA then I mean to be grumpy
I'm taking the sports centre number in case of any traffic emergencies and suchlike but all things being good, and me not getting lost, I should arrive about 9! I will recognise a coupel of players anyway, but if you see a fat northern bloke looking lost (and grumpy) thats me!

Yeah we are leaving at 6am - partly to make sure we have time for a "full English" breakfast on the way as I don't think there is anything other than vending machines at the place..................and we Centauri need our food!

I'll be up flaming early, to get the 0700 or 0730 train from Bristol, arriving Swindon station between 0740 and 0810 depending on which train I get.

If anyone else is coming in on the train and wants to walk to the Croft with me, email me (not PM I may not log in again tonight) and we can exchange mobile numbers.

If anyone is travelling by train, it appears there are works on the Bristol to Paddington line affecting services to Swindon, I advise checking your train times online or with the train provider of your choice to check what trains are available this weekend.
