Early EA idea - Interceptors Offensive Mode

This rule would only be present for EA --- it's a candidate for their special trick in P+P.

I would not recommend both this and the Fusion Missile together.

I'd rather have this to the Fusion Missile. Does that mean the Psi Corp could leech this rule?

Sure! Why not!

Edit: I like this even more, as Early EA has fewer interceptors than Crusade EA, and Crusade needs more of a boost than 3rd, which needs more of a boost than Early EA.

Granted, it's out of scope right now, but with a wave of the pen, the Five Good Men and Matt can make it so.

That is true, but we have to consider every fleet the Early EA fleet might face. Allowing the EA to easlily shoot down Tzymms, Rivas, Skyserpents and the like could be a bit unbalancing. Plus if you give such an advance to the Early Era, you pretty much have to allow the later eras to have it.

Now if it were simply a short ranged weapon without accurate, that would be no problem. Or very low number of accurate dice with weak, maybe that would work.

Also consider the effect of B5 doing it.

Oh I understand, I guess I should of put a smiley in there or something :) I just thought it was kinda funny that the 2 main races they did battle with in the era the technique would have been of limited use.
