Drop Capsules

I don't see that as unreasonable. The pods would be reinforcements coming to the aid of an isolated unit. Heck, sounds like a good scenario idea even.

So basicly that "advantage" bugs would get against all pod armies would be for naught as MI would simply leave cheap model that benefits from being on the ground from get-go anyway...Not very usefull.

Also still don't see problem with all-pod armies. You have 2 turns to move in and prepare and MI has 2 turns less to shoot. If you also go first he has to ensure he drops suitably far away and if you spread properly...

the point is, the tactics phase of the game is supposed to be important, it isn't though..... bugs need to be careful about their choice of tactics as a defending force will be on the board from turn one, an MI force can defend and still arrive in turn two.
And it's no disadvantage...... think about it, the bugs spread out over two turns, brilliant, then the MI land wherever they want anyway and concentrate fire as they see fit. As for anti air units..... hoppers and ripplers? big deal, MI take fleet liason and go second in the air phase. And face it, if an MI army wants the advantage in a game, it can usualy get it by having a lower priority level (even a level one MI force is formidable, even that can use priority two assets).
I love the game, I think the balance is pretty good (played both sides for a year, never lost a game). But I get a lot more satisfaction from winning as bugs than I do as MI.
