all you need to do now is talk about the second ed changes to the drakh, and your journey to the dark side will be complete!
Any ship which lists subsidiary craft on its statline - regardess of whether they're fighters, breaching pods, or other ships, comes with them included in its cost. There is an exception, but the mongoose's corporate ninja will have me assasinated if I tell you (hint - big, black and spikey).

So let me get this straight. Hiff and I are going for a battle of the evils, his Drahk against the Dilgar I want to try. It is four point war. I want to add to my craft numbers so I spend a few patrol points on Thorun wings. but Hiff buys one moship and gets up to 8 heavy raiders, absolutely free.

Well, gee, thanks Burger, I had not thought of that. At least he does not get interceptors so my bolters won't be completely useless.
Yeah, but without the 8 free ships, the Mothership is fairly useless. It has only short range weapons, except for the main beam which only has 2 AD.
Also, it has very low hull for a War level ship.
Hell, at Q-con this year, I had a Mothership reduced to one crew left after a single shot from a Shadow Ship.

maybe the mould for the mothership is taking so long because they are trying to fit 8 heavy raider minis inside it!

To be honest, if they haven't upgraded the mothership to armageddon priority, then 'they' need their heads knocking together! (more painful if minbari are involved)
Ship is supposed to be the biggest thing in space after the Vorlon planet wacking dustbin lid, which makes it bigger than the mile + long Victory, if that doesn't deserve to be an Armageddon level ship, nothing does.
However, do you up it's own stats to make it a capable warship itself or just double the number of ships it carries? (moot question as the design team have already made up their mind, but I'm curious to see what we would have done)
