Drakh Mothership questions

Mongoose
(1) Does the Drakh Mothership miniature come with any raiders? (wishful thinking!)

(2) I have heard there are problems with the mold for these things. If I order one, how likely is it to be broken?

(3) Has anything been released about the new Mothership miniture?

Thank you folks for your time and attention.

1 No she dont,

2 Id wate for a while.

3 not yet dont get one untill its been released as people have been waiting a very long time for replacements

1). It doesn't.

2). Many of the pieces didn't miscast, they collapsed outright. I doubt they could have possibly considered shipping them, even given some the miscasts that Mongoose have sent on other vessels. I think you won't get a collapsed piece, but the standard Mongoose casting issues will apply.

3). I'd wait. It shouldn't be much longer, and the new piece may have a GREAT deal more detail to it. Consider the pre-revision and post-revision Z'Takk; it's a no-brainer.

Thank you for the prompt replies folks!

I actually like the look of the current Mothership...but it would be nice to have one a bit more detailed. I wonder if the big Motherships from A Call to Arms could be an Armageddon-level choice for the Drakh?

Anyway, thank you and have a good day.

some shops "may" still have the old one in stock, certainly places selling fleet boxes will still have them in the fleet box.
Matt has already stated that the 2nd ed mothership will be armageddon level, as it supposed to be the biggest ship in space by some amount.
And if you do wait for the new model, don't hold your breath. 13 months so far!

The mind boggles at such a lengthy delay.

On the bright side (if there is such a thing in this situation) the re-sculpted V'takk is excellent.
So i have high hopes for the Drakh Carrier/Mothership when it arrives.

I have high hopes of matt personally delivering the ship to my door, on a red velvet cushion ;-)

Hmmm...like I said, I like the idea of an Armageddon-level Mothership (which would be called "A Big Mother...").

However, I appreciate the options the War-level ship gives a Drakh player in composing a Raider-heavy force. I hope the final arrangement is one Raider-carrier at Armageddon, another at War, and finally one at Battle. That way, anything short of a Patrol game can have access to such a ship.
