Dolphin equipment questions

Greetings,
I’ve got a couple of thoughts and questions about dolphins and their gear (featured in Behind the Claw)

1. is it safe to assume that both travel suit and battledress have power and grav flight endurance similar to life support (12 or 48 hours depending on TL)?

2. Are the suits as capable under water as their dolphin wearers? Thinking both of swim speed and diving depth

3. Both suits, and especially the battledress, seem very light. Compare either one with the Waldo arms, or the Type D with any human battledress for example. Could be intended though.

4. I noticed that the TL15 Waldo arms gives +4 to str but the battledress only has +2. This presumably means that the battledress arms and the standalone waldos are different models?
