Dodge X

Alright a group of us were looking through the book at the Dodge X rule with White Stars Versus Vorlons.

Now the question we have is do you roll dodge for each successful hitting AD? Or do you make 1 Dodge roll per weapon System? Or 1 dodge roll for the entire ships turn of attacking you?

The book starts off with telling you to Roll 1 Dice for each successful Hit, then you ignore the entire attack if you are successful. The wording for it starts off strong and then goes a little limp at the end. Anyone want to throw out an example of dodge? Or Clarification? (because how it reads it almost sounds like the same thing as stealth.)

Now the question we have is do you roll dodge for each successful hitting AD?

Yes.
For example: Whitestar gets hit 5 times. Whitestar has a Dodge score of 4 (Armagedeon stat).
So roll 5 dice, if you score 4 or more, the Whitestar has Dodged the hit.

But do you only Dodge 1 of the 5 hits per each 4+ you roll? or do you dodge all 5 hits from that 1 dodge roll? (and is this all from 1 weapon system?)

Yes.

You Dodge each hit individually , per hit roll 1 dice for Dodge.
