What are the main differences from RQII to legend . as i like to know before i buy if any one could help

Well, there is a pdf describing the changes in detail between MRQ2 and the new LEGEND book, and you can grab it from here:

However, I would just suggest you buy the actual LEGEND core rules whilst it is so cheap at DrivethruRPG, as if you haven't already read it in other threads, it is selling for $1 at present. Crazy stuff!

So that's probably the best way for you to get a good look at it, as you won't be able to buy yourself a cup of coffee for as cheap as the core rules pdf at present...

From memory:
Major:
Spirit Magic is out.
Monsters in the core book are out.

Minor:
Strike rank no longer includes SIZ.
The charge rules got clarified.
Glorantha-names get the boot.
Specific rules for throwing things with athletics included.

The SR change was errata'd before MRQ was changed into Legend, as was the change to Athletics. Many of the other errata got put into Legend and Arms and Equipment when they got changed as well.
