Well the obviously that would mean getting the license off Mayfair, and DC comics. But maybe the DC Heroes rules system, I reckon it was the best of all Super hero systems

BI did get the rights to publish a DC Heroes RPG but from what I understand they will not be doig anything with the property for a while.
