Here's a genuine suggestion: wrestle the Dark Sun IP off of WotC, and convert it to RQ.

I'll even bagsy the conversion work!

That's pretty much never going to happen. . . WotC is recovering all their licensed properties not issuing new ones!

Not really sure why people liked Dark Sun so much anyway. I never thought it was very cool.

Some of the best games I ever had were with Darksun. i love it.why people like it? each to their own, I do not like babalon5 but I see its got a huge fan base. so I accept its got something for someone.

Never heard of dark sun. I have to say I am not surprised about WoTC not giving out anymore licenses. They must be tired of competition, and money hungry.

I loved Dark Sun. It was probably the most innovating setting for D&D : a harsh and cruel world of scarce resources and tyrannical sorcerer-kings.
