Mongoose
I first asked for a couple of Omelos turrets, missing from a blister I bought at a show, on 25 November 2006.

They arrived in the post this morning, no thanks to Chris Longhurst, 199 days later.

Thanks to Tad for getting on the case.

The confusion presumably arose from the fact that Chris was just moving work positions around that time - could happen to anyone.

Poi, I have noticed you sure do complain a lot on most threads. Now, it was very dumb on your behalf not to contact them after thirty days of the first inquiry once nothing arrived, let alone 199, so maybe you should think before you post a thread like this.

Oh, smile!

I was in contact repeatedly.

If I complain a lot, it's because Mongoose seem to give me plenty of reasons.

I'm smiling. I have turrets.

You may want to get those turrets looked at.

Seems like you have a lot against mongosoe, well a tiny bit. You still seem to like them at heart though.

Repeated contact? I think it depends on who you contact at the goose. In my experience they have all been good, but I have had a problem similar to yours, but not regarding components or sales, say.

I will keep persevering. I love their stuff, I just wish they could get things right a little more often. They come across as amateurs rather than professionals in lots of things. Signs of a company that's growing rather than any fundamental flaws (I hope).

I'll keep coming back. Victory at Sea was genius. Can't wait for Starship Troopers Evolution. I'll be stocking up on Exosuits!

Victory at sea never appealed to me, but I am pumped about SST: EVO (even though I have like 50 - 60 skinnies to paint, a plasma bug, & ripplers).

Just need to find the will power to lift up that paintbrush.
