Customer Service at it's Best: Universe of B5 pdf

I just had to post a public compliment to Matt and the Mongoose gang for some great customer service today.

I had pre-ordered the Universe of B5 book and finally got around to sending Matt the info to get the free download.

It took EIGHT MINUTES for the email from DriveThruRPG to get back to me. EIGHT MINUTES! Matt must have nothing else to do than help me. 8)

BUT... It gets better.

In my great computer savviness, I deleted the email (permanently some how) before I could use the coupon. So I had no coupon number to get my free download.

Off goes a pleading email to Matt to help out an idiot.

Well, Matt took care of me, I got a new coupon number so I can get the download and I now have in my electronic hands the updated UB5 book!

I just want to thank Matt for all the work he went to for a non-paying customer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE should be rewarded.

Therefore, I am going on a buying spree of other B5 pdfs (taking advantage of the 25% off till the end of the month).

I'll second the thought here. I got my coupon within a couple of hours of sending in a (rather bad) picture of me holding a copy of the B5 book. This kind of customer service buys a lot of forgiveness for poor editing and encourages long term support for the line.
