This from the Goose:

* Cthulhutech arrived at our warehouse last week. Three days later, it was gone. All of it, aside from a few copies we sidelined for mail orders and the August conventions. If you want this book soon, act quickly! Time for a reprint, methinks. . .

So direct preorders and retail orders have been fulfilled. So some will be reaching stores soon. However, if a retailer/distibutor didn't order before hand then they will be unlikely to get them for some time.
