Crew point values

Just wondering if anyone has had a go (official or otherwise) at a point value multiplication system for different crews and enhanced bridges?
 
Those ships with enhanced bridges already have them factored into the cost.

Crew quality is interesting in that all points seem to be based on a crew value of four. Increased or decreased values should in theory raise or lower the point values.
 
Absolutely it should, better (and worse) crews are more (and less) effective.
Maybe not by a vast margin - but definitely by some.
 
It only comes into play in campaigns, otherwise all ships are CQ 4, and on average all fleets in them will start with the same spread of crew values. Any perceived advantage is usually balanced out by the fact that a high-CQ ship is typically targeted for destruction pretty quickly, and you're paying for any increase by burning increasing amounts of XP to do so (mostly).

I would like to see the rule from ACTA:B5 back where your starting campaign fleet can swap the crew values of any 2 ships in the fleet, but other than that I don't think it needs messing with.
 
While that may be the rule for the moment, it would be nice if there were the point value mod to allow fielding non-standard ships..
