Copy & Paste Problem with Earth Alliance Fact Book PDF

[I hope this is the right forum for this question ... ]

While working on my new setting, I tried to copy and paste some passa-
ges from the Earth Alliance Fact Book PDF I recently had downloaded.
Everything seemed to work fine until I attempted to copy the passages
into my material - and all I got was empty space. According to my PDF
reader the PDF is not protected, and I never had a problem with other
Babylon 5 PDFs, but this one stubbornly resists all attempts to copy any
parts of it.

Could you please let me know whether that PDF is protected, and if the-
re is anything I could do to make copies possible ?

Otherwise I will have to do a lot of typing ...

We don't protect our PDFs at all (other than the watermark), and I have not seen this iissue arise before. Anyone else seen anything like this?

Very strange - I could always copy and paste from downloaded MGP books!

Meanwhile I have tried another PDF reader, but both Adobe Reader and
Foxit Reader have the problem.
Well, it is the only Mongoose PDF with that quirk, and I would have to
translate the copied passages anyway, so in the end I just have to mo-
dify my usual way of stealing from your PDFs.
