converting Purchase DC to money (credits)

is there anywhere I can get a list of equipment that gives money value instead of a purchase DC?
I truelly dislike the whole purchase DC thing.

Depends which game you're using (and potentially where your campaign is set in terms of place and time). If you can post those I'll try and make you an unofficial conversion table for DCs to $, credits, or whatever.

I think OGL Steampunk has a chart for money and gold.

The D20 Modern book has a conversion chart but it takes some searching to find. Unfortunately the chart is not in the pocket D20 Mod handbook.
