With all the requests for various system adaptations for Conan, would Mongoose be better off producing systemless setting material with system-specific supplements, much like Green Ronin's approach to Freeport?

With all the requests for various system adaptations for Conan, would Mongoose be better off producing systemless setting material with system-specific supplements, much like Green Ronin's approach to Freeport?

It wouldnt have been much trouble to make the 2nd edition a MRQ product, with OGL rules as an appendix for those that didnt want to change.

Seems, though, the licence doesnt allow that kind of thing, and Mongoose have to stick with the OGL.

A systemless setting now, I dont think, would please many.
