Conan 2nd Ed - Noble - Lead by Example

I tried searching the forums and didn't see this anywhere.

Question: In my copy (had one of the first runs), the Noble section has conflicting data pertaining to the Lead by Example class feature.

On the character table, it states that Lead by Example is:
+2 @ 5th lvl
+4 @ 10th lvl
+6 @ 15th lvl
+8 @ 20th lvl

In the text description of the class feature, it states
+4 @ 5th lvl
+6 @ 10th lvl
+8 @15th lvl
+10 @20th lvl

Which one is correct?

I looked at the old Atlantean ed for clarification, but it has the same problem... conflict between the class table and the feature description.
