Common Magic Skill?

In the abiding book, the Ducal and Zistorite backgrounds both list Common Magic +30%, however the Religious background does not. Does this mean these two backgrounds get an additional 30% on top of the standard Gloranthan bonus or is it simply a mistake?

Its a mistake. Its not in addition to the Gloranthan +30% default.

If time had permitted when I was still with the Goose, then yes, it would have happened. Now that I'm not, and time's in even shorter supply, I honestly can't say. I'd hope that Matt might call upon someone to help get it into shape (and I'd certainly assist with clarifying questions, intent and so forth), perhaps with a lure of free product.

Would someone care to email Matt and suggest this? It really IS a question of time constraints - not a lack of will or desire.
