Combat Skill?

In the Character Sheet for the Kai Lord Class, there is a section for Combat Skill that has boxes for Ranged Combat and Psychic Combat. I have torn the rulebook apart (not literally, but am close to it) looking for these stats but cannot find them. Some help would be appreciated!

Ranged combat uses the basic combat skill, and adds DEX mod instead of STR mod.

I'm away from my rulebooks at the moment, but in the section on psychic combat, there is a formula for the combat skill - I think it's class level (all classes that grant psychic combat) + CHA mod.
