Combat Manoeuvres available by weapon

In the equipment tables, each weapon has a few combat manoeuvres listed as possible. There are several manoeuvres (Like Choose Location) that aren't listed as available for any weapon. However, in the Combat chapter, some manoeuvres are restricted to certain types of weapons, but most don't mention any restriction. What's going on here?

Sadly they do not have a nice handy list. But a maneuver not listed for anything is available to any weapon. If it is listed for a weapon it is only for those that have it listed.

The summary sheet is great, thanks. I'm going to need to put together a few sheets like this so the players (and) I can keep track of what our options are.

I printed out copies of that sheet for all my players when we ran our 'test run' last session to see what everyone thought of the new version and it helped immensely
