Colorado / Queen Elizabeth/Valiant armoured deck?

Since OOB has set the end of 1942 as a date for ships and so all of the pre ww2 US battleships in it have Armoured deck should the classes in VAS also be upgraded with this trait ?

Colorado class being the class in question for US as none of the errata says it should ?

Also QE and valiant as there is a seperate entry in OOB for Warspite which does have

If we knew how armored deck was determined we could just look on the net to check out the stats for the various ships.
