Shjp Fuel storage.... not just a grey blob of wasted of space. So many deck plans show fuel as one big tank but seriously the fuel-tank crawl ways are the perfect place for a chamax nest or a deepnight blob. Also gives you a place to go in order to fix The Leek.
Personally I use an adaptation of AHZ-rules, adding yellow coded equipment (when damaged) will cause a gas leak and blue coded will leak liquid. A compartment that is slowly filling with water (or sewage) isn't to be sniffed at!
Also the out of sight areas should really look like the innards of a WW2 submarine.
