Cluster Truck - Question on the Structural Material Requirement table

I'm running Cluster Truck and my crew is sorting out how best to upgrade Eledy and make their first delivery, but I've come across something that needs clarification. On p. 32 of the PDF we have the Structural Material Requirements table. The Control requirements to upgrade shows as D3. Is this right or should it be 3D? I'm assuming it should be 3D because we're talking control systems here, not just replacing a bunch of console lights and buttons.

It is indeed a D3, only 1-3 parts.

Yeah. The cost to upgrade is a fraction of the cost to construct (1/3 for everything bar machinery, which is 1/4).
