Cleaner

Hi All. Does anyone know what story the pic of the Cleaners in the Death on the Street book was from? I really like the idea of them but havent seen them come up in the Dredd Case/Restricted files yet.

Also, just a thought, but if Cleaners are being updated for the new game, theyd fit right in with the Mobster Force. The Mobsters seem to need a little more variation in there troop choices IMO
