Just to let you all know, the two vehicles books have been rescheduled for a late September release. We uncovered some issues in the vehicle creation system, and have been spending some time resolving them. Everything is now in hand, and the books will be off to print later this month.

I have a project that's waiting on these, but it can wait a bit longer. I agree that a quality product will be better than a timely one.

From reading the description of the books, I got the impression that the basic system will be presented in the Civilian book with the Military book building on it to incorporate military stuff.

The complete vehicle design system is included in both books. Military Vehicles mostly differs in the types of sample vehicles covered. Other then including some sample weapons in the design system.
