Charms & fetishes

Mongoose
I am reading charm rules over and over. I need some help and I hope that you could give me some about cults 2.
If I want to do a charm I need to know "create charm enchantment", later I must create charm (1 POW), do a summoning spending 100 SP and, finally, integrate it (another 1 POW). I think that this is the method, correct me if it is not. But, what must a player pay if he wants a shaman to make him a charm? I mean: "hello, shaman...could you make me a charm?"

If I want a fetish, should I spend 1 POW to create a fetish enchantment and another POW to engage spirit inhabit it to start spirit combat? In this case I suppose that I don't have to pay nothing (I am refering to the table).
But, what must a player pay to a shaman to obtain a fetish if he does not want to make it himself? Only half of established in the chart? If I am a shaman, I would not spend 1 POW for a practitioner by this amount of money! But hey! I am the GM, I can do anything!... but not my players :)

Please, explain me well this doubts if you can because I am trying to understand them a lot of time.

Gran Orco, I don't know if this will help, but I was also puzzled by some of the Shaman rules, so went ahead and made house rules.
a) In my Glorantha a Shaman is a powerful connection to the spirit plane for his 'tribe'. So only members of his 'tribe' can use any fetishes he produces.
b) A Fetish can hold a number of points of spells dependant on the quality of the item, but the more time is invested the more spells (Spirit knowledge) can be held in the item. This quality is in turn dependant on the player's roll to create the fetish.
What this means is that a good roll with a long declared manufacture time, then more spells can be held. Thus a poor quality (low roll), quickly made item will be cheap, few spells - looks cheap and nasty: but a high quality items lovingly made over a considerable time will be expensive. So in my world, there would be no fixed price, but it would depend on how long it took to manufacture - GM's decision, unless you have a player Shaman, when he decides what his time spent is worth.
As I said at the beginning, I don't know if this helps, but I hope it has given you some ideas.
